Our standard delivery service includes doorstep delivery and our team will do their best to ensure that your electric wheelchair is delivered as soon as possible.

For an added level of convenience, we also offer an optional engineer delivery service at an additional cost. With this service, a trained engineer will deliver your electric wheelchair, and set it up for you. They will also demonstrate how to use it properly, and answer any questions you may have. This service ensures that you get the most out of your electric wheelchair from the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

Warranty
90-Day Return to Shop Warranty
Our company guarantees that the product purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
If the product proves to be defective within the 30-day period, the customer may return it to the store where it was purchased for a replacement or a full refund.
To make a claim under this warranty, the customer must present the original purchase receipt and the defective product.
This warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized alteration or repair.
This warranty is in addition to and does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
Our company reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims and to change or discontinue this warranty at any time without notice.
The customer may contact our customer service department for further assistance with warranty claims.
In case of a return, The shipping and handling cost will be paid by the customer.

14-Day Return Policy for Mobility Products
Our company guarantees customer satisfaction with all mobility products purchased from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
All returns must be made in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product. The product must be in as-sold condition, unused condition, and include all original packaging. Any items returned in a condition other than when delivered, or missing original packaging and accessories may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Any product that has been used, assembled or modified cannot be returned.
The product should be returned in the original packaging and the customer should bear the cost of shipping.
If the product is found to be defective, Our company will cover the cost of shipping for the return and replacement of the product.

Your wheelchair is fully serviced, tested and prepped to showroom condition and incudes a 90-day return to base warranty, brand new batteries with a 15 month Warranty, 1 months insurance, a charger and instructions for your chair (PDF sent upon order)
Can you make alterations or customise my power wheelchair?
Yes, if the chair you have chosen can be altered per the manufacturer, whether that be seat size, arm rest adjustments, footplate change/adjustments, tyres swap, upgraded batteries, cushion swap or even a custom paint/design we can arrange this prior to shipment at additional cost.

Where do you deliver too? How long will it take for me toreceive my power chair?
We can deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom and Ireland for only £29.99! We do also offer a white glove delivery service for an additional cost in which an engineer can deliver your chair to your door, make any alterations you may need and show you how to operate your chair from the comfort of your own home! We work on a five working day delivery, from order to your door. Keep in mind, if you have requested adjustments or customisation,
the lead time will be increased accordingly.
Can I Part-Exchange my current Mobility Scooter or powerwheelchair?
We will consider all part exchanges on most mobility products. All we require is photos in its current condition, age, functions and your current postcode.
In the future can you service or repair my wheelchair in thefuture if required?
Yes, we offer servicing, repairs and parts for all power wheelchair brands.
