This particular M3 has an exceptionally high specification, featuring Electric Seat Rise, Electric Tilt-in-Space, Electric Recline and Electric Leg Rests. With four powered seating functions, the user has extensive control over their seating and positioning directly from the chair.
The Electric Seat Rise elevates the seating system at the touch of a button, providing greater flexibility and accessibility during everyday activities.
Electric Tilt-in-Space adjusts the complete seating angle while maintaining the user's seated position, providing additional options for comfort, posture and pressure management throughout the day.
The Electric Recline function independently adjusts the backrest angle, allowing the user to move into a more relaxed and supportive seating position without manual adjustment.

90-Day Return to Shop Warranty
Our company guarantees that the product purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
If the product proves to be defective within the 30-day period, the customer may return it to the store where it was purchased for a replacement or a full refund.
To make a claim under this warranty, the customer must present the original purchase receipt and the defective product.
This warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized alteration or repair.
This warranty is in addition to and does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
Our company reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims and to change or discontinue this warranty at any time without notice.
The customer may contact our customer service department for further assistance with warranty claims.

Our company guarantees customer satisfaction with all mobility products purchased from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
All returns must be made in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product. The product must be in as-sold condition, unused condition, and include all original packaging. Any items returned in a condition other than when delivered, or missing original packaging and accessories may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Any product that has been used, assembled or modified cannot be returned.
The product should be returned in the original packaging and the customer should bear the cost of shipping.

Can you make alterations or customise my power wheelchair?
Yes, if the chair you have chosen can be altered per the manufacturer, whether that be seat size, arm rest adjustments, footplate change/adjustments, tyres swap, upgraded batteries, cushion swap or even a custom paint/design we can arrange this prior to shipment at additional cost.

Where do you deliver too? How long will it take for me toreceive my power chair?
We can deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom and Ireland for only £29.99! We do also offer a white glove delivery service for an additional cost in which an engineer can deliver your chair to your door, make any alterations you may need and show you how to operate your chair from the comfort of your own home! We work on a five working day delivery, from order to your door. Keep in mind, if you have requested adjustments or customisation,
the lead time will be increased accordingly.
Can I Part-Exchange my current Mobility Scooter or powerwheelchair?
We will consider all part exchanges on most mobility products. All we require is photos in its current condition, age, functions and your current postcode.
