Our company guarantees that the product purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
If the product proves to be defective within the 30-day period, the customer may return it to the store where it was purchased for a replacement or a full refund.

Can you make alterations or customise my power wheelchair?
Yes, if the chair you have chosen can be altered per the manufacturer, whether that be seat size, arm rest adjustments, footplate change/adjustments, tyres swap, upgraded batteries, cushion swap or even a custom paint/design we can arrange this prior to shipment at additional cost.

Where do you deliver too? How long will it take for me toreceive my power chair?
We can deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom and Ireland for only ยฃ29.99! We do also offer a white glove delivery service for an additional cost in which an engineer can deliver your chair to your door, make any alterations you may need and show you how to operate your chair from the comfort of your own home! We work on a five working day delivery, from order to your door. Keep in mind, if you have requested adjustments or customisation,
the lead time will be increased accordingly.ย
Can I Part-Exchange my current Mobility Scooter or powerwheelchair?
We will consider all part exchanges on most mobility products. All we require is photos in its current condition, age, functions and your current postcode.ย
