We stand behind our chairs with a 90-day warranty. If a fault develops, we’ll repair it at our expense. Options include bringing the chair to us or arranging collection.

If the chair isn’t suitable, you can return it within 14 days:

• Must be returned in the same condition as received

• Buyer pays return shipping

• 10% restocking/cleaning fee applies

• Refunds processed via the original payment method
