14-Day Return Policy for Mobility Products
Our company guarantees customer satisfaction with all mobility products purchased from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
All returns must be made in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product. The product must be in as-sold condition, unused condition, and include all original packaging. Any items returned in a condition other than when delivered, or missing original packaging and accessories may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Any product that has been used, assembled or modified cannot be returned.
The product should be returned in the original packaging and the customer should bear the cost of shipping.
If the product is found to be defective, Our company will cover the cost of shipping for the return and replacement of the product.
